Vinay Mishra

After an early IT Tech career, Vinay Mishra moved into IT Recruitment in 2006 . He's built & managed high-performing Recruitment teams and delivered growth and managed KPIs and objectives across Recruitment, He’s always led from the front and is still very much a hands-on Recruiter at heart with a quiet, confident, consultative, strategic approach to Recruitment.

He has and does work closely with blue-chip as well as start-up and mid-tier clients to deliver quality recruitment services. He excels in multi-national, multi-cultural situations especially with C-Level contacts where he is always looking to develop long-term win-win relationships based on speed, value and dependability, backed up by new ideas, partnership and courtesy.
